The 20-minute call
We look at your inbound call volume, your miss rate and where the misses cluster. If you can export the last 30 days from your phone system before the call, we work from your real log rather than an industry average. If your miss rate is under 10%, we will tell you that this is not worth buying.

Roughly 30 minutes of homework
If it is worth doing, you or a staff member spend about half an hour on the inputs we need: your services and pricing, the fifty questions your front desk answers most, your calendar rules and buffers, and the escalation line the AI must never cross on its own.

Build, train and test
We build the AI Employees you have hired, train them on your material, connect them to your CRM and calendar, and test them against your real call scenarios before anything goes live. Integration and testing are covered by the setup fee, not billed separately.

Live, then monitored
